No. We feel that charging vendors puts up barriers to participation that can lock out firms from engaging in the solicitation process. We do not and will never charge vendors for their activity on Bid Locker.

Yes, we’d be happy to help. We can import vendor records, purchasing histories, old solicitation notices, nearly any kind of record you need.
Yes, we have a training library and user guide for both vendors and agency staffers. We also have a support line, which you and your vendors can use to ask questions via email or telephone.
We offer Bid Locker on a seat license model, but we don’t care how many people share a seat license. If you have several staffers who may share a seat license, we’ll help you set that up appropriately. Bid Locker’s Secure Lock Box starts at $49 per month (or $588 per year), and that’s our guaranteed minimum cost to use the Bid Locker platform for your organization.
Yes. We give vendors a variety of tools to manage their notifications and stay on top of their participation in public purchasing.
Yes. Bid Locker is highly customizable out of the box, and we are always happy to work with our agency customers to adapt Bid Locker for their specific needs.
Yes, we have a variety of options for integrating with outside systems, including website and financial systems.
Yes. We have sample emails you can use, and if you can provide us with a list of vendor emails, we can set up email distribution lists to help you with outreach.
We take the security of your bid data very seriously. Our workstation encrypts every document submitted to Bid Locker. Additionally, our database uses encryption-at-rest technology to further protect your bid information. Only you and the vendor who submitted it can access it.
Yes, if they have any assessments they’d like us to complete, we’re happy to do so.
Yes. At any time, you can download an archive of your submitted bid documents and data. You can also download your registered vendor information at any time.
We will store all of your bid data for as long as you are actively using Bid Locker. If you decide to migrate to another platform, we will continue storing it for two years after your last day of use.
